Kenny Sturgeon

Kenny Sturgeon is an experienced professional in the fields of environment, health, safety, and leadership development. Currently serving as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Archroma since July 2024, Kenny previously held the position of Safety Director at Kadant Unaflex LLC, where a world-class Safety program was developed. As an Executive Coach at HumanQ since April 2021, Kenny coaches small groups of executives and participates in recruiting new coaches. As the Founder and Senior Consultant at Altitude Unlimited LLC since 2009, Kenny specializes in safety training, leadership development, and custom experiential learning solutions. Additional roles include Senior Consultant at Impact, EHS Consultant at Eagle's Flight, Learning and Development Manager at ViSalus, and Team Building and Leadership Development Consultant at Team Training Unlimited. Kenny's educational background includes a B.S. in Behavioral Science from Barry University and an A.S. in Human Services from Palm Beach Community College.
