Renee Patton

Renee Patton serves as President and CEO of Blue Glass Company, Inc. since February 2022, providing executive and career coaching and leadership development. In addition, Renee acts as an Executive Coach for Skillsoft and HumanQ, focusing on leadership training and group coaching. Previously held the position of Global Director for Healthcare and Education Industries at Cisco, where strategies were developed to enhance technology use in educational and healthcare settings. Other roles at Cisco included Global Director of Education Industry and US Public Sector Director of Education, contributing significantly to education-focused market strategies. Prior to Cisco, Renee served as President of C2M Consulting and held various roles at Siemens ICN, Ensim Corporation, and MetaSound Systems, with a consistent focus on marketing and strategic development. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Education from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in English and French from Santa Clara University.
