Brian McGrew

Brian McGrew is an IT Support Specialist at HumanTouch, LLC, providing technical support for the FDA since June 2015, with responsibilities including diagnosing and repairing PCs, troubleshooting proprietary programs, and managing Active Directory accounts. Previously, Brian served as a Systems Administrator for Cereal Food Processors until its acquisition in 2014 and held multiple roles in network and tech support, including the installation of network and fiber optic systems across various organizations. Brian's early career spanned numerous companies and projects, involving significant clients such as Sprint and YRC Worldwide. Currently, Brian continues to pursue a degree in computer science at Johnson County Community College.
