Lorena Pabon

Lorena Pabon, MHSA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Administrator and Team Leader at Humareso since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at National Airlines, where responsibilities involved managing full-cycle recruiting and developing department goals. Previous positions also encompass Human Resources Coordinator at Associates In Dermatology, Inc., managing personnel policies, and a variety of HR functions at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery. A background in sales and customer service began with The TJX Companies and included internships at Walmart and Westminster Communities of Florida. Lorena holds a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from Rollins College and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Puerto Rico.
