Mona abu Amr

Mona Abu Amr is a skilled bilingual community engagement assistant at Hume City Council since September 2012, with extensive experience in translation, proofreading, editing, and writing. As manager of English Language Editorial Services & Creative Writing since July 2008, Mona provides editing and translation services in both English and Arabic, along with report and proposal writing. Previous roles include projects manager at PCFR, where community development initiatives and international affairs events were organized, and English language instructor at AMIDEAST. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Translating and Interpreting from RMIT University and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Gaza, complemented by a Certificate III in Business Administration from TAFE NSW.
