Sheena Frost

Sheena Frost is an experienced executive in local government, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Hume City Council since July 2021. Prior to this role, Sheena held various positions at the City of Casey from April 2010 to July 2021, including Director of Corporate Services, where responsibilities encompassed finance, governance, and risk management. Additional roles included Acting Chief Executive Officer and Manager of Governance, where oversight of council business and community support were key functions. Earlier experience includes serving as Projects Coordinator for the City of Port Phillip, focusing on community services and stakeholder engagement. Sheena holds a Graduate certificate from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Charles Sturt University, and a Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching from Open Door Coaching.
