Ayşe Çolak Bektaş

Ayşe Çolak Bektaş has worked in various human resources roles throughout their career. Ayşe started in 2002 as an intern at Real Hipermarketler Zinciri A.Ş. In 2004, they worked as an İnsan Kaynakları Asistanı at ENTES ENDÜSTRİ TESİSLERİ İMALAT VE MONTAJ TAH. A.Ş. From 2006 to 2007, they were a Human Resources Assistant at Birey Eğitim Kurumları. Ayşe then moved on to Açık Tekstil LTD. ŞTİ, where they worked as a Human Resources Specialist from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they joined MT HOLDİNG as a Human Resources Specialist and held this position until 2012. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at MT HOLDİNG - MT BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ. Lastly, they joined hummel in 2017 as a Human Resources professional.

Ayşe Çolak Bektaş began their education in 2001 by attending Almanca Kursu at Teach Me 2 and later at Rote Kruz Avusturya. Ayşe then pursued further education in İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi/Personel Yönetimi, Genel at Anadolu University, where they are currently still attending. In 2016, they completed the İNSAN KAYNAKLARI YÖNETİMİ UZMANLIK SERTİFİKA PROGRAMI at İstanbul Üniversitesi (SEM). Ayşe also obtained several certifications, including "Excel ile veri analizi ve raporlama eğitim semineri" from ISTANBUL INSTITUTE in 2014 and "Bilginin Gücü" and other certifications from YAŞAM ARTI ZIRVE in 2017. Additionally, they have attended various courses and seminars on topics such as İnovasyon ve Yeni Fikirler and İnsan Kaynaklarında Pozitif Liderlik Yaklaşımı.
