Henrik Meinertz

Henrik Meinertz has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Henrik is currently working as the Manager of the hummel Distribution Center, a position they started in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Fipros as a Production Manager from August 2021 to August 2022, where they were responsible for managing 70 employees and overseeing packing, mixing, and bagging operations for the food industry. From December 2018 to October 2020, Henrik Meinertz served as the Production Manager at Fiberline Composites A/S, focusing on optimizing work processes and managing a team of 40 employees. Before that, they were the Factory Manager at R2 Agro A/S from September 2017 to December 2018, where they supervised three factory locations and implemented safety, planning, and quality measures. From June 2016 to September 2017, they worked at Carlsberg Danmark as the Head of Manual Warehouse, managing 140 employees across multiple shifts and overseeing warehouse operations. Prior to that, they held the role of Factory Manager at KMC Amba from August 2014 to May 2016, overseeing safety, planning, quality, and production at a derivative factory. Henrik Meinertz also gained experience at the LEGO Group, where they served as a Senior Manager for Bag Packing from January 2010 to 2014 and as a Production Manager for Moulding from November 2008 to December 2010. Additionally, they have held managerial positions at Tulip Food Company from November 2005 to October 2008 and Danish Crown from May 2003 to April 2005.

Henrik Meinertz completed their Bachelor of Management in Sustainability from Erhvervsakademi Aarhus | Business Academy Aarhus in 2023. Prior to that, in 2013, they obtained a Lean Navigator in Production certification from Teknologisk Institut. Additionally, in 2010 to 2011, Henrik Meinertz completed a Business and Life Coach program at Manning Inspire.
