Morten Sekkelund

Morten Sekkelund has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Morten began their career in 2012 at Alm. Brand Forsikring as a Mødebooker/administrativ arbejder. In 2013, they worked as an Assistenttræner at AGF and as a Studentermedhjælper at Jyske Bank. Moving forward, they joined Deloitte Danmark in 2014 as an Assistant, then transitioned to PwC in 2017 as a Senior Associate. Morten eventually became a Manager at PwC before leaving in 2019. Morten Sekkelund then took on the role of Finance Manager at Arla Foods from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they work at hummel, where they started as a Senior Controller in 2022 and later assumed the position of Group Accounting & Reporting Manager in 2023.

Morten Sekkelund pursued their education at Aarhus University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in HA Erhvervsøkonomi. Morten was enrolled in this program from 2011 to 2014. Following their undergraduate studies, Sekkelund continued their education at Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Cand.merc.aud degree in Revision.
