Maurice Miro

Maurice (Mo) Miro received a BS & MS in Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Michigan. His main area of research interest is prostheses design and control. At U of M, Mo led the design of the 2nd Gen of the Open-Source Leg (OSL), where he focused on reducing the design complexity, price, and maintenance time of the OSL while improving its sturdiness and performance. At Humotech, Mo supports OSL customers with technical challenges regarding hardware and control while practicing an R&D role to improve the OSL.
