Kieran Anderson

Kieran Anderson is a Managing Associate at Humphries Kerstetter LLP since May 2023, with a prior role as Senior Solicitor at Macfarlanes from October 2020 to May 2023. Kieran's extensive legal experience includes defending a high-profile pharmaceuticals passing-off case in the High Court, handling cartel damages cases in the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the High Court, and participating in a significant international arbitration in construction law. Additional experience includes serving as a Trainee and Secondee at the Court of Appeal of England and Wales under Right Hon. Lord Justice Jackson, as well as a Junior Associate at the Supreme Court of Victoria. Kieran holds an M.A. from the University of Cambridge, a Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law from King's College London, a Pg.Dip. in Law from The University of Law, and a BA in Law from the University of Cambridge.
