Ryan McGinnis

Ryan McGinnis is a seasoned consultant and cost analyst with extensive experience in cost estimation for Department of Defense programs, particularly with the United States Marine Corps (USMC). Currently employed at HunaTek since October 2020, Ryan is responsible for the development of life cycle cost estimates (LCCEs) and independent government cost estimates (IGCEs) while also mentoring junior staff. Previous roles include positions at Kalman & Company, where Ryan developed LCCE models and conducted detailed cost analyses, and a general manager role at Kybecca, where Ryan managed operations and conducted sales analysis. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Legal Studies from Virginia Tech.
