Piers Collins

Piers Collins has extensive experience in the recruitment and employment industry. Piers is currently the Co-Founder of hundo.xyz, a web3 platform focused on ending global youth unemployment and providing opportunities for Gen Z through blockchain technology. Prior to this, Piers worked as a Product Development Lead at THRIVE in Work, where they contributed to the development of solutions for empowering disadvantaged young people. Piers also served as a Consultant at The OPERA Global Youth Foundation, a youth employment foundation funded by recruiters, where they worked towards creating scalable solutions for young people struggling to access work opportunities.

Before that, Piers was involved in recruitment at Dartmouth Partners, where they established Dartmouth Partners Legal and advised financial institutions and law firms on search and contingency assignments. Piers later became a Principal at Dartmouth Partners and played a significant role in recruiting top talent for leading firms. Piers also gained experience at The Cornell Partnership, working as a Senior Associate, Associate, and Researcher.

Piers Collins attended the University of Nottingham from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a 2.1 degree in Ancient History.
