Michael Johnston

Michael joined Hunt Valve in March 2017 as the Director of Supply Chain and was promoted to Vice President, Operations and Supply Chain. In this role, he is responsible for efficient production operations at both Hunt Valve locations. He and his team identify business improvement opportunities through implementation of LEAN manufacturing principles, improving the total supply chain, and optimizing the use of Hunt Valve’s core manufacturing competencies.

Prior to joining the Hunt Valve Team, Michael worked in supply chain functions supporting operations in the metals manufacturing and oil & gas industries.

Michael has a Bachelors in Business Administration from Duquesne University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
