Josh Smith

Josh Smith is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in real estate development and public-private partnerships. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Public-Private Partnerships at Hunt Companies, Inc. since April 2022, Smith is instrumental in addressing complex infrastructure challenges for government entities through a vertically integrated approach. Prior to this role, Smith was the Senior Vice President at Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions, focusing on investment and real estate services for higher education institutions. Smith also held leadership positions at Collegiate Companies, Jackson Development, Mohr Partners, Inc., and JPI Companies, gaining a diverse background in development, leasing, and commercial real estate. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, a Master of Science in Real Estate from The University of Texas at Arlington, and participated in a study abroad program in International Business at Regents University London.
