Otis Perard

Otis Perard is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in operations and management roles. Currently serving as Concrete Operation Manager at Hunter Contracting Co. since July 2021, Otis previously held the position of General Superintendent at Robert A. Bothman Construction from February 2017 to July 2021. Prior to that, Otis was Operations Manager at Spangler Concrete and Engineering Inc. from January 2010 to February 2017 and served as General Superintendent at American Landscape & Concrete from May 2007 to January 2010. Otis also has substantial experience as Operations Manager at Park West from February 2002 to May 2007 and as General Superintendent at Nova Construction from January 1998 to June 2002.
