Ron Magen

Ron Magen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive placement and business development. Serving as Managing Partner at Hunter (Kestria Israel) since June 2010, Ron has led a premium executive and talent search firm, demonstrating a commitment to deeply understanding client needs and solving talent challenges. Prior to Hunter, Ron held the position of VP of Business Development at Bank Hapoalim, where initiatives included advancing online banking solutions and managing innovation strategies. Additional experience includes roles in sales and marketing at BMBY Software Systems, project management at Amdocs, and strategic consulting within the retail division at Bank Hapoalim. Ron holds an MBA in Finance & IT from Tel Aviv University and dual BSc degrees in Software Engineering and Civil Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
