Alex has over 27 years of construction experience in New Jersey and New York managing project in various market sectors including R&D, Pharmaceutical, Commercial Office, Education, Sports & Recreation, Hospitality and Healthcare. Alex offers extensive experience in contract administration, cost control, schedule development and site supervision. He has proven leadership and analytical skills with expertise in preconstruction, procurement, change review, safety management, trade coordination, budget development, problem solving and value engineering.
