Simon Hakim

Simon Hakim has a diverse work experience in industries like advertising, branding, entrepreneurship, and food & beverage. Simon has held various roles including CEO and Managing Director at companies like Hunter, where they focused on strategy and branding in the food and beverage industry. Simon has also co-founded companies like Rightful and Yeah Good Thanks, which aimed to provide forums for entrepreneurs and inspire business people. Simon has been a mentor at WeWork Labs and founded Cheap Design, a Design-as-a-Service start-up. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at The Surgery and Hope Advertising, where they played a significant role in the growth and success of these agencies.

Simon Hakim obtained an Associate Diploma in Electrical Engineering from RMIT University, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business with a specialization in Marketing at the same university, completing their degree in the period of 1993 to 1997.
