Blake Silvaggio

Blake Silvaggio has substantial experience in human resources and customer service. Currently serving as a Human Resources Certificated Personnel Technician, Payroll/Benefits Technician for Certificated Staff, and Human Resource Clerk at Huntington Beach City School District since July 2021, Blake has developed expertise in HR functions. Additionally, Blake has held bartending roles at Harbour Rackhouse since July 2022 and previously at various establishments including Old Crow Smokehouse and Gaslamp. Blake's earlier experience includes serving as a Substitute Health Clerk at Dwyer Ethel Middle School and food service roles at Observatory. Blake earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from California State University, Long Beach from 2016 to 2021.
