Megan Kempner

Megan Kempner serves as the Executive Director of Student Services and Special Education at Huntington Beach City School District since July 2017, having previously held the position of Program Specialist. Megan has academic experience as a Lecturer in the Advanced Studies in Education and Counseling Department at California State University-Long Beach from 2018 to 2019. Prior roles include Coordinator of Special Education and Psychological Services at Tustin Unified School District, Lead School Psychologist and School Psychologist at Los Alamitos Unified School District, School Psychologist at Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District, and School Psychologist Intern at Rosedale Union School District. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and History from UC San Diego, a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology and Pupil Personnel Services Credential-School Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and a Clear Administrative Services Credential from UC Irvine.
