Lynette Dahlman has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with notable roles at Huntington Hospital and Daniel Freeman Memorial Hospital. Lynette began their career in 1984 as an Education Specialist and ICU Charge Nurse at Daniel Freeman Memorial Hospital, where they worked until 2001. In that same year, they joined Huntington Hospital as the Director of Clinical Education and later took on the role of Director of Clinical Education & Academic Partnerships. In 2009, Lynette also served as the President of the Organization of Healthcare Educators.
Lynette Dahlman's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Mount Saint Mary's University, which they obtained between 1980 and 1984. Lynette then pursued a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) focused on Nursing Education from California State University, Los Angeles, completing it from 2003 to 2006. Currently, they are enrolled in the Ed.D. Organizational Change and Leadership program at USC Rossier School of Education, expected to be completed from 2021 to 2024.
