Brian Teer

Brian Teer is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in program management and technical direction across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc., Brian oversees a $500M+ operation and approximately 1600 employees, focusing on advanced modeling and simulation technologies. Prior roles include Program Manager at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, where Brian managed special programs for multiple platforms, and positions at Alion Science and Technology, where Brian held leadership roles in technical direction and program management. With a strong foundation in software engineering and management from positions at companies such as Dorado Software and Lucent Technologies, Brian holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
