Richard Fraley

Richard Fraley is an experienced software engineering professional currently serving as a Software Lead at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. since September 2022. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Software Engineering Team Lead at Leidos from August 2021 to November 2022, and served as a Senior Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin from March 2016 to November 2020. Richard began a career in software engineering at Delaware Resource Group/Boeing, working as a Software Engineer III/Site Focal from March 2014 to March 2016. Richard holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Central Florida (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Houston (2003-2006).
