Gordon (Randy) Wallen

Gordon Wallen, also known as Randy, has extensive work experience in various roles within the HVAC industry. Gordon (Randy) began their career in 1978 at York International, where they held multiple positions, including Branch Sales Manager and Sales Engineer. In 1997, they became the Southwest Regional Manager for Systems Sales and Service before being promoted to VP & GM of the West U.S. Systems Sales and Service division in 1998. From 2000 to 2005, Randy served as the VP & GM of North America Service, overseeing 80 branches and 8 regions with a large employee base. In 2005, they joined Johnson Controls as VP & GM of National Service for one year. Gordon (Randy) then assumed the role of Regional General Manager, Global Account Director, and Regional Service Manager from 2007 to 2014. Currently, Randy is the Chief Operating Officer at Hunton Group since November 2014.
