Cleo Chiu

Cleo Chiu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mental health and psychological coaching, currently serving as Co-Founder and Co-CEO at Ayen since July 2024. In addition to this role, Cleo Chiu is a Mental Health Coach at Hupo and a Psychological Coach at Likeminded, both positions held since November 2022 and March 2022 respectively. Previous experience includes serving as Founder in Residence at Antler and contributing to research and business strategy at the EVOL app. Cleo Chiu has held several consulting roles at GML Consulting and Aon Hewitt Asia, focusing on occupational psychology and lead consulting. Earlier career experience involves a training specialist role at Autism Partnership and a research assistant position at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Cleo Chiu holds a Master in Cognitive Neuroscience from Freie Universität Berlin, a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from The University of Hong Kong.
