Owner/CEO Santana has extensive experience in the food and service industry, with a significant tenure as Co-Owner at Hurricane Grill & Wings since May 1995 and at Buger Fi since December 2017. Santana also operates multiple businesses, including Gemini Superstore, Total Nutrition, and Body Alive Cafe, serving as CEO since November 2003. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Total Nutrition & Health LLC and a Texaco gas station. Education includes degrees in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians and Business/Commerce from Richard Ishmeil, GTI, and GT Computer Hardware Engineering College in India.
