Valerie has successfully led teams in sourcing engineering and sales profiles while implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency. Previously, as a Lead Recruiter, Valerie managed recruiting efforts across EMEA for tech, sales, and marketing positions, overseeing a team of junior recruiters and handling business development for multiple clients.
