Sam Ryan

Sam Ryan is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in corporate tax advisory and management. Currently serving as Tax Manager at HURST Accountants since August 2022, Sam previously held the position of Associate Tax Manager. Prior to this, Sam worked at Crowe UK from October 2018 to August 2022 as a Corporate Tax Executive, advising businesses on corporation tax affairs, delivering advisory projects on group restructuring, and preparing R&D reports. Earlier roles included Corporate Tax Senior at ASE Global, focusing on corporation tax processes and capital allowance assessments, and Staff Auditor at PRGX Global Inc., where analytical reviews of financial data were conducted for a major UK food retailer. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours in Forensic Accounting from Sheffield Hallam University, earned from 2010 to 2013.
