Jéssica Tavares Pedroso Bicudo

Jéssica Tavares Pedroso Bicudo has a diverse work experience. In 2008, they started their career as an Auxiliar de Recursos Humanos at Construtora Anastacio Ltda., where they worked until 2009. Jéssica then moved on to Trainner Recursos Humanos, where they served as an Auxiliar de Recursos Humanos from 2009 to 2010. In 2011, they worked at Timbre RH e Fieldmarketing as an Auxiliar de Recursos Humanos until November. From 2012 to July 2012, they worked as an Auxiliar de escritório at Solofix Fundações. Jéssica then joined Teleperformance in 2014 as an Expert em Interação - BKO and stayed with the company until 2020. In 2020, they worked at Home Agent as an Analista de Customer Success until May 2021. From August 2021 to May 2022, they worked at Loft, first as a Relationship Assistant and then as a Sales Development Representative - SDR. Currently, they are employed at Hurst Capital as a Business Development Representative starting from December 2022.

Jéssica Tavares Pedroso Bicudo has a diverse education background with a focus on marketing, advertising, and language studies. Jéssica attended Universidade Paulista from 2020 to 2022, where they studied Gestão de Marketing. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued a degree in Publicidade e Propaganda at Centro Universitário FIEO.

Jéssica also invested in learning foreign languages. In 2021, they enrolled in Wizard by Pearson to study English, and in 2017, they attended Fisk to study Spanish. In addition to their academic pursuits, Jéssica also completed a technical administration course at ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo in 2009.

To further enhance their skills, Jéssica obtained certifications in various areas. In October 2021, they completed the "Negociação e Influência" certification from Escola Conquer. Additionally, they obtained three certifications focused on customer experience and digital marketing in 2022. These include "Experiência e sucesso do cliente" from CS Academy, and "A jornada do cliente na Era Digital" and "Conhecendo e valorizando seu cliente" from Sebrae.
