Filip Kramarczyk started their work experience with INTech sp.j. in 2008, where they worked as a Technical Assistant from August 2008 to March 2009. Filip then became a Junior Product Manager from March 2009 to May 2012. From 2012 to 2017, Filip worked at Rolls-Royce and held various roles including Junior Buyer, Strategic Buyer, and Strategic Sourcing Lead in the Automation & Control department. In 2017, they joined Delphi as a Regional Category Supervisor for EMEA and Connection Systems. Later in 2017, Filip became the COO & Co-founder of Husarion. Since December 2019, they have been the CEO & Co-founder of Husarnet.

Filip Kramarczyk obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from AGH University of Krakow in 2007. Filip then attended Jan III Sobieski High School in Cracow and graduated in 2004. In 2010, Filip pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Management at PJWSTK Polish-Japanese Institute of Information Technology in Warsaw, which they completed in 2014. Simultaneously, they also earned a Master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from AGH University of Krakow from 2011 to 2013. In terms of certifications, Filip obtained the "First Time Manager" certification from Harvard Business Review Polska in May 2014. Filip also holds a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge and a TOEFL certification from Educational Testing Service (ETS).
