Joel Jagodinsky

Joel Jagodinsky, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various roles within the automotive and off-highway industries. Joel began their career in 2010 at Husco, where they served as a Manufacturing Engineer, providing technical support for large-scale projects and actively promoting continuous improvement through lean and six sigma methodologies. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Product Engineer, collaborating closely with customers to design and implement hydraulic solutions for off-highway equipment. Joel then transitioned to the role of Senior Application Engineer, managing multiple product platforms across global sites and emphasizing cost reduction opportunities. In 2016, Joel became a Program Manager, focusing on off-highway products and assuming financial and technical responsibility for multiple customer programs. Joel worked extensively with key clients such as John Deere, JCB, and Caterpillar, overseeing new business development, customer relationship management, and new product development.
