Joel Jagodinsky, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various roles within the automotive and off-highway industries. Joel began their career in 2010 at Husco, where they served as a Manufacturing Engineer, providing technical support for large-scale projects and actively promoting continuous improvement through lean and six sigma methodologies. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Product Engineer, collaborating closely with customers to design and implement hydraulic solutions for off-highway equipment. Joel then transitioned to the role of Senior Application Engineer, managing multiple product platforms across global sites and emphasizing cost reduction opportunities.
