Craig Huse has extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Craig has been the CEO of Huse Culinary since 1993. In 1997, they became the President & Co-Owner of St. Elmo Steak House. Additionally, they founded St. Elmo Cocktail Sauce in 2012, where they served as the President. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Manager at Houston's in 1992.
Craig Huse attended Bloomington H.S. South from 1984 to 1988. After completing high school, they enrolled in Penn State University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management.
