In their current role as Director Business Development - Closures, Michael leads a team of product managers in identifying market needs and introducing innovative technology. Michael's previous roles include Senior Product Manager and Product Manager, where Michael was responsible for developing manufacturing solutions and supporting molding technologies. Michael has a strong track record of driving revenue growth and aligning development teams to focus on efficiency and waste elimination. Michael holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and a BES from the University of Waterloo.
