Doug Rukavina

Doug Rukavina is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Husqvarna Group since September 2022, Doug previously held the position of Program Manager at Victory Innovations from July 2020 to August 2022. Doug's earlier career includes various roles at TTI Floor Care North America from June 2007 to June 2020, culminating in the position of Program Leader. Doug's experience also includes a significant tenure at Maytag Corporation - The Hoover Company, where roles included Product Development Engineer and Sr. Checker from January 1997 to March 2007. Doug began their career in design roles at companies such as Kohler Coating and National Machine Company. Doug earned a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Kent State University between 1988 and 1994.
