Erika Tsang is an experienced Independent Consultant with a focus on strategy and operations, organizational transformation, and value creation across various industries including consumer, technology, healthcare, and private equity. Erika has held roles such as Strategy & Operations at League One Volleyball, where the initiative supports female sports, and Startup Advisor at the Toronto Business Development Centre. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, specializing in growth strategy and partnerships.
