Philip Chow, CPA, MST has extensive work experience in the field of tax and accounting. Philip most recently served as a Tax Director at Hutchinson and Bloodgood LLP since November 2018. Philip obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from USC Marshall School of Business, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Following that, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Taxation at California State University-Northridge from 2012 to 2014.
