Todd L. Moody is a legal professional with extensive experience in adoption law, probate litigation, commercial litigation, insurance defense, and personal injury. Currently, Todd serves as a Partner at Hutchison & Steffen since April 2011. Additionally, Todd has been a member of the Western Region Executive Board for the Boy Scouts of America since May 2009 and previously acted as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Las Vegas from August 2010 to July 2017, where Todd provided recommendations on the city's Master Plan and zoning issues. Prior to Hutchison & Steffen, Todd was a Partner at Ellsworth, Moody & Bennion from July 1998 to March 2011 and at Edwards & Hale, Ltd. from 1994 to 1998, focusing primarily on insurance defense litigation. Todd earned a J.D. from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law and holds two bachelor's degrees in Public Policy from Brigham Young University.
