Benjamin Allen

Benjamin Allen is an accomplished music educator with a strong background in various teaching and performance roles. Currently serving as a Music Teacher at Nadine Johnson Elementary School within Hutto ISD since August 2022, Benjamin also has experience as an Elementary Music Teacher at Blanco Elementary School, where responsibilities included teaching PreK-4th grade music and directing a 5th grade band. Prior positions include Assistant Band Director at Ouida Baley Middle School and Private Lesson Instructor at both Allen ISD and Vivian Field Middle School. Additionally, Benjamin has worked as an Audio Engineer for the University of North Texas Recording Services and served as a Counselor at the New York Summer Music Festival. Benjamin holds a Master of Music in Trombone Performance from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Music in Performance and Music Education from Ithaca College.
