Michael Simonsen

Mike Simonsen is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the real estate data sector. Currently serving as President of Altos Research, a subsidiary of HW Media, Mike has led the company since its founding in 2005 and its acquisition in 2022. In addition, Mike holds leadership roles in various organizations, including serving as President of the Entrepreneurs' Organization San Francisco and being an active board member since 2012. Mike also advises several startups, including Anew Apartments and Homebuyer.com, while previously serving on the advisory board for NabeWise Media prior to its acquisition by Airbnb. Mike's academic background includes an MBA in Entrepreneurship from DePaul University and a BS in Computer Systems from the University of Nevada, Reno.
