Sarah McJannett

Sarah is a Partner in the HWL Ebsworth National Insurance Group based in Canberra.

Sarah has nearly two decades of experience acting in personal injury litigation, workers compensation, motor vehicle accidents, public and product liability and professional indemnity claims including medical malpractice, disciplinary action and coronial inquests. She provides advice on the application of statutory schemes, policy interpretation and indemnity disputes.

In addition to advising private insurers, Sarah has acted for both Commonwealth and Territory governments in a broad range of litigious matters.

Sarah provides her clients with tailored, strategic, results focused advice. She is proactive in using alternative dispute resolution and gives practical recommendations on future risk management.
