Shaun specializes in project-specific tenure and has advised on multiple mining, energy and renewable energy projects which require in-depth knowledge of specific legislative frameworks.

Shaun has recently assisted Blackstone in connection with the sale of a $3.8 billion industrial portfolio, the purchase of a $640 million industrial portfolio from Goodman Group, and the proposed purchase of Crown Resorts.

Shaun has been recognized as a Rising Star in National Real Estate by Doyle’s Guide (2017-2019 and 2021).
