Scott Dawkins

Scott Dawkins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system engineering and project management within the defense sector. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at HX5, LLC since December 2020, Scott provides comprehensive support for the Mission Planning Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/Armament Directorate, focusing on Weapons Planning Software for the USAF and US Navy. Prior to this role, Scott worked as a Senior System Engineer at Odyssey Systems from March 2017 to December 2020, specializing in acquisition program engineering for various air-to-ground munitions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project/Systems Engineer at Leonardo DRS from February 2008 to May 2017, a System Engineer with Harris GCSD from January 2006 to February 2008, and a Software/Test Engineer at Harris Corporation from January 2001 to January 2006. Scott holds a Master’s degree in System Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies from Rollins College.
