Brian Rice

Brian Rice serves as the President and General Manager of HX5 Sierra, LLC, leading a joint venture and managing a large engineering and technical services contract for NASA Glenn Research Center since June 2015. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Program Manager at NASA Glenn Research Center, overseeing a similar contract involving 400 employees. Additionally, Brian was a Program Manager at Sierra Lobo, Inc. for nine years, managing a 350-employee contract for NASA Glenn. Earlier in Brian's career, the role of Group Manager at QSS Group, Inc. involved leading a team of 30 engineering professionals at NASA's test facilities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Cleveland State University.
