Elissa Polston

Elissa Polston has extensive work experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Elissa started their career in 1984 as an Account Executive at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, where they worked until 1988. Elissa then joined Foote, Cone & Belding as an Account Director, and later moved to Chicago Creative Partners as SVP, Management Director. In 1994, Elissa joined Creative Alliance as EVP, Director of Strategic Planning & New Business, and stayed there until 2002 when they joined The TrendSight Group as EVP, Consulting Practice. In 2005, they became EVP, Chief Strategy Officer at HY Connect. Throughout their career, Elissa has held leadership positions and has made valuable contributions to various companies in the industry.

Elissa Polston completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing and English Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, attending from 1977 to 1981.
