Thierry M. Guillot

Thierry M. Guillot is a seasoned hospitality executive with extensive experience in operations and management across various Hyatt properties. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations for Latin America and the Caribbean at Hyatt Hotels Corporation since September 2019, Thierry previously held the role of Area Vice President and General Manager at Hyatt Regency Mexico City. Prior positions include General Manager at Grand Hyatt São Paulo and Hyatt Regency Paris-Charles de Gaulle, along with a strong foundation in finance as Director of Finance at Hyatt Regency Casablanca, where a significant accolade was received for exceptional performance. Thierry holds dual master's degrees in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University and ESSEC Business School, as well as a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, specializing in Food and Beverage, from Lycée Hôtelier de Saint Quentin en Yvelines.
