Jorge Mario Guzmán

Jorge Mario Guzmán has over thirty years of experience in the energy sector. Jorge Mario began their career in 1980 as Industrial Projects Dept. Manager at Siemens. In 1991, they became CEO of INTEK. In 2008, they served as Director at VOSmedia. In 2009, they were Country Manager at ITS InfoCom Guatemala. From 2011 to 2015, they were CEO of CESA - Grupo OEG. Since 2015, they have been Co-Founder & CTO of HYBRICO Energy Technologies Ltd., a joint venture with Grupo OEG. HYBRICO designs, manufactures, integrates, installs, operates, and maintains off-grid and bad-grid hybrid power generation equipment.

Jorge Mario Guzmán obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala between 1978 and 1982. Jorge Mario also holds two certifications: an ACCREDITED TIER DESIGNER - ATD from Uptime Institute obtained in June 2014, and a CERTIFIED DATA CENTRE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL - CDCDP from CNet Training obtained in August 2013.
