Stephen McGowan

Stephen McGowan has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate and finance industry. Stephen started their career as an Analyst at ARC Associates in 2001 before moving on to AXA Real Estate, where they held the position of Senior Analyst and later became the Associate. In 2007, they joined JER Partners as an Associate and contributed to resolving real estate loan workout problems. Then, they worked at Generali Real Estate as a Manager, overseeing the consolidation of the company's real estate management operations. In 2012, they joined Resolute Asset Management LLP as a Principal, assisting clients in optimizing recoveries from real estate assets. McGowan then served as a Director at Anglian Real Estate Limited before joining The Hyde Group, where they have held various roles including Head of Development Finance & Projects and Senior Advisor in Investment, Development & Partnerships. McGowan's extensive experience demonstrates their expertise in investment, development, finance, and property analytics.

Stephen McGowan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In addition, they have obtained certifications in CFA (from the CFA Institute), FCT (from the Association of Corporate Treasurers), and MRICS (from the RICS).
