Eric Thompson

Eric Thompson currently serves as the Director of Development and Communications at Hyde Park Art Center since June 2023. Prior to this, Eric held the position of Executive Director at Darlington Arts Center from April 2015 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading and managing the organization’s human and financial resources while implementing school and outreach programs for the visual and performing arts. Eric also worked as a Program Manager at Darlington Arts Center, focusing on programming and administrative functions that supported the arts education programs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Drexel University, a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from La Salle University, and a Bachelor’s of Music Degree in Musical Theatre from The Catholic University of America.
