E. LeGrand-Smith serves as the Director of Human Resources at Hydro-Chem Systems, Inc. since October 2016, bringing over a decade of expertise from a previous role as a Human Resource Professional at Dake from October 2006 to October 2016. E. LeGrand-Smith holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2000 and 2002, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Central Michigan University, earned from 1994 to 1998.
